The mission of our club is to encourage members to take better photos and help each other learn new and better composition techniques. Photographers with all levels of experience are welcome.

We choose themes for members to photograph and then review these at subsequent meetings for discussion and learning purposes. This provides a fun and lively opportunity to gently critique our photos and learn how to improve our skills.  At times, we schedule group photographic excursions.

We periodically have visiting experts join our meetings to discuss topics of interest such as their own work, technology, techniques, composition and using photo editing software.

Anyone interested in photography at any level is encouraged to send William their email address to join our club email list.

Every year in conjunction with the Westport Center For Senior Activities, we hold our annual “EXPO” photo contest between October and November.
