Practice mindfulness and compassion, training the mind and heart, explore the integration of mindfulness practices and teachings in daily life. We also share information on the many resources available…books, groups, podcasts, programs etc.

Led by Dr Paul Epstein, author of happiness through meditation, naturopathic physician, mind-body therapist, mindfulness teacher, and co-led by Harvey Luft, the intention is to support each group member to be here now, to find pace and health and happiness through mindfulness practice and teachings.

We share our experience and listen to and learn from each other with a beginner’s mind and compassionate curiosity in the spirit of we’re all beginners We discuss the relevance of mindfulness for our lives.

Participants are encouraged to choose a topic for discussion and explorations each week. Material is posted to our google group.

We meet on zoom on the 3rd Monday of every month, from 7:30-8:30 PM and may go over a few minutes in discussion.

Format for the one hour zoom meeting is generally divided between practice time (both guided and silent), teachings and discussion.

Anyone can learn to practice and integrate mindfulness to greatly improve their life, and increase peace, health and happiness.

Mindfulness practice and teachings has found its way into medicine, health and healing as extensive research extolls its many benefits.
